Inclusive Leadership in Equity, Allyship, and Diversity (ILEAD) certificate from the Penn State College of Engineering, earned by completing a series of training modules. The individual badges can be viewed on Credly.

JSPS Summer Fellowship - 2013

The JSPS Summer Program is implemented as a component of the JSPS Postdoctoral Fellowship for Foreign Researchers. It provides opportunities for young pre- and post-doctoral researchers from North America and Europe to receive an orientation on Japanese culture and research systems and to pursue research under the guidance of host researchers at Japanese universities and research institutes over a period of two months during the summer.

STEP funding - 2012

The STFC Studentship Enhancement Programme (STEP) is a new scheme aimed at helping departments to retain in research the most promising researchers among completing PhD students. STFC STEP awards are intended to enable STFC-funded students to develop their research further and to increase the impact of their PhDs by delivering outputs, including publications, knowledge exchange and outreach.
